My name is Robert Scott, and I’m the owner, founder, and sole maker behind Bulldog Damascus.

What started as a passion for forging steel has grown into a commitment to creating high-quality Damascus that bladesmiths, makers, and collectors can be proud to use. Every billet that leaves my shop is forged by my own hands—from selecting materials and welding the stack to drawing out the billet, manipulating the pattern, and performing the final etch.

I don’t run a large production facility or employ a team of smiths. When you buy from Bulldog Damascus, you’re buying directly from the person who made it. That means every piece receives the attention to detail and craftsmanship I would expect if I were purchasing it myself.
